Please note that the following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of "Jupiter Journey" bus and tempo traveler services. By booking a journey with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A valid photo ID is required for booking confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving full payment.

2. Payment:

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online transfers.

3. Cancellation and Refund:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure for a partial refund.
• A cancellation fee will be applied, and the refund amount will be determined based on the time of cancellation.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

4. Boarding:

• Passengers are required to arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Boarding will be denied to passengers arriving after the departure time.

5. Luggage:

• Each passenger is allowed a certain amount of luggage, subject to space availability.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during the journey.
• Valuables should not be placed in checked baggage.

6. Conduct of Passengers:

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow passengers and staff.
• Any unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.

7. Changes to Itinerary:

• "Jupiter Journey" reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons.
• Passengers will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

8. Health and Safety:

• Passengers with medical conditions are advised to carry necessary medications and inform us in advance.
• Passengers are responsible for their own health and safety during the journey.

9. Liability:

• "Jupiter Journey" is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the journey.
• Passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance.

10. Seating:

• Seating allocation is at the discretion of "Jupiter Journey" and is subject to change.
• Requests for specific seats will be considered but are not guaranteed.

11. Children and Minors:

• Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• "Jupiter Journey" is not responsible for supervising minors during the journey.

12. Feedback and Complaints:

• We welcome feedback and will address any complaints promptly.
